About AppDistillery
AppDistillery is a specialist AI, product and technology consultancy built around one principle: understanding comes before solutions. It exists for companies that want senior judgment across business, product and technology — without hiring a full-time executive or a large agency.
Every AppDistillery engagement is led directly by founder Mats Hagen — one senior, accountable point of contact from the first call to delivery.
Mats Hagen brings business, sales, product and technology experience together in one accountable senior lead — CTO and product-leadership roles across startups and established companies. Norwegian, based in Oslo.
AppDistillery
Based in Oslo — built for Norwegian and Scandinavian businesses, with on-site presence by agreement.
Every engagement is led directly by founder Mats Hagen; when the work requires it, extra capacity is brought in — Norwegian partners, an offshore partner with experienced developers, or a combination.
