It reads your text and suggests the answers. Prices come from fixed rules – the AI never sets a price and promises nothing. Mats writes the final quote himself. Privacy and data processing
When the AI assistant reads your text in step 1, it goes through Vercel’s AI Gateway to OpenAI, which runs the language model in the EU. Vercel’s gateway may process the text outside the EU. Neither keeps the text after answering or uses it to train models. The exception is text OpenAI flags as possible abuse: OpenAI may keep it under its own rules, possibly outside the EU. Your name, email and company from the form are not sent to the language model; the company you search for is looked up in the Brønnøysund Register. We don’t store the text before you press Send. Then the draft and your text go to Mats by email with the booking request, and the calendar invite only gets a short summary. Email and calendar are hosted by Google Workspace. We store the draft nowhere else.
